| Numerical control technology is the core of advanced manufature. It is the basic element to achieve automation, network, flexibility and integration. Numerical control machine products are the combination of mechanism and electricity which are represented by Numerical control system infiltrated into the traditional mechanical manufature. This article describes the procedure of development and research work using a computer numerical control system composed by modularize industry control computer. It is particular discussed in the article including project, design and debug. And it is expained how the control system works and its components, structure and the function of each component. This project is divided into two main parts: the hardware which are purposed to perform the whole control system and the software which to make the system running properly. After the successful test of the project, it is proved the whole control system can perform the function properly and stabilization which were anticipated. The servo system theory, positon control, data transferred between components, working program and examples are discussed in this article. Besides, because the design project is full of practice, the article expained how to solve the problems occurred during the development work, too. |
