With the impact brought by the Internet of Things and the wave of Industry 4.0,the world's advanced manufacturing technologies have been rising.Siemens' industrial fieldbus technology has created a transformation and upgrading of mechanical equipment to intelligence.CNC devices such as computer numerical control machines are used as field work devices on the bus.When the device fails,it is required to determine the fault and repair the device.Therefore,it is essential to develop a device fault diagnosis system,using software technology and mechanical control technology to integrate,intelligently diagnose faulty devices through Internet services,and provide diagnosis and maintenance solutions based on historical cases.The thesis designs and implements the fault cloud diagnosis system for CNC machine faults,completes system requirements analysis,architecture design,design and implementation of major functional modules,and system testing.The system can be divided into three parts,mobile terminal,background server and Raspberry Pi software.The mobile terminal is a hybrid mobile application developed using the Cordova framework.It is responsible for interacting with users and uploading fault related information.The background server is the RESTful Web server based on the Java EE platform and adopted the Jersey framework,which is responsible for providing API services,managing CNC machine and diagnosing case data,and detecting faulty CNC machine,providing multimedia steps of the fault maintenance plan;Raspberry Pi software is dongle software running on a single-chip microcomputer based on embedded Linux and is responsible for communication with the CNC devices.The system uses a case-based reasoning diagnostic algorithm to analyze the root cause of the failure and provide a maintenance plan.The paper elaborates the design and implementation of the whole system and each module.The author is responsible for the design and implementation of various modules in the background server subsystem,and independently completed the design and implementation of the user service module,the phenomenon service module,the root cause service module and the service case service module,and participated in the design and implementation of the machine tool service module and the intelligent diagnostic service module.The device fault cloud diagnosis system developed by the dissertation has been put into operation,and its failure resolution rate is within an acceptable range,which helps the user to better manage and monitor the working status of the machine tool on the field bus.With the expansion of the diagnostic case base,troubleshooting will become more accurate.The cloud design framework based on case analysis to solve problems has good application prospects in the field of industrial device diagnostics and other similar fields.
