With the development of technology , especially in fields of space , automatization and national defence , the demands of targets to the photoelectric rotary encoders are higher and higher .The targets are the high-resolution , high accuracy , the high-frequency and good real time .So the fast interpolation set of the Moire stripe signal is :he problem that is anxious to be resolved .The development of electrical fast interpolation device and the function of the photoelectrical rotary encoder is introduced in this paper which illuminate the composition and operation principle of photoelectrical rotary encoder .At the same time, we have carried on the hardware and software design on the fast electrical interpolation device of the Molre stripe signal, and we have carried on precision analysis to the experimental provision .Through integrated hardware and software technology, we used many technology and experimental methods in order to implement device. This experiment showed that this device had some characteristics of high interpolation modulus, short time of data processing and good real-time, etc. It was higher practicality value to advance the technology index of photoelectric rotary encoder.
