Be aim at the current status of civil medium or small enterprises whose information can't be highly popularized, at the same time these enterprises also have the requirement of information construction. This paper researched and discussed formal ERP system, and set up information resolved method of medium or small enterprise.Sale Management System is discussed in this paper based on dot net environment, adopt multiple architecture and distributed technique to design and develop this system. By analyzing detail sale business, put forward development idea of multiple architecture, the design of each layer is independent, in order to own better compatibility and extension.This system can satisfy the requirement of enterprise sale management, such as information management of clients' materials, order management for sales, statistics information management and so on, provide convenient and rapid information management for enterprise.
