| Laser-scanned measuring system involved optics, laser, electronics, computer and mechanics etc, In the system, a visible laser is taken as its light source, the geometric parameter of the measured object is transformed into the electrical signals by a scanning optical system and an opto-electronic transformation system, the measured result is given and displayed by the computer real-time data processing.In the paper we expound the total structure design of laser-scanned measuring system, the working principle and the overall structure are introduced, the designs of optical system is emphatically researched, the collimating characteristics of laser scanning beams and the emergent pupil of the scanning system for mutiple-surface rotating drift mirror are discussed and analyzed in detail, the formula of scanning speed is drived, put forward the right distribution project of mutiple-surface rotating drift mirror and research the choose, technical request ,and the parameter ,the choose of optics principle, the special optical system which consist fθ lens, processing system. At last, the accurate of laser beam on line measuring instrument has been analyzed. |
