Design And Implement On The E-HR System Based On Web Services

The core of the enterprise competition is products' competition.The back of product's competition expresses technology's competition exhibited by the managing competition which is manifested by personal competition.The focus of information technological studying,design and realization centralizes on the synchronization development between the human Resource and the changeable technology environment, optimizing the flow on human resource manage, realizing the comprehensive automatization of the manager human resource, transforming the tradition structure to the Electronic Human Resource.The e-HR system combined with the actual operation requirement of the TongLi Company. I study and design the system and select it as mine task of software engineering master. The main work and contribution of my study is listed by follows:1). Based the architecture of Web Service, inosculated the thought of the reusing software, I point out the component developing process directing and regulating the e-HR system.2). Through the deeply analysis to the application requirement and data flow of the Human Resource manage system, firstly, I advance the scheme of the N-tier distribution implement and designed the framework model of system, which can improve the opening and mutual operation of the system. Secondly, I deeply discuss the system's application layer including presentation layer,business layer and data layer etc. improving the framework of the WEB's presentation layer, designed a available framework of the presentation layer and the data layer. Lastly, I discussed the design and implement problem of the business layer and data exception handle.3). According to the requirement of the system, we encapsulated part of function and make them providing services as the forms of Web Service. To improve the performance of the Web Service and ensure the security of the system, we adopt the absolution overdue strategy which include the Page Cache and High Speed Cache.The end of the article is the summarization and the positive prospect for the future work.
