Biosensors have developed to be a frontier and newly-interdisciplinary discipline, including chemistry, biology, physics, medical science and electronics, which has promising application prospects in the fields of clinical medicine, agricultural production and enviromental protection. The recently development of nano techonology provides a new opportunity to the development of biosensors. Subsequently, a brand-new field focusing on the application of nanomaterials to biosensors has beend established. Sensitivity and other attributes of biosensors can be improved by using nanomaterials in their construction. On the basis of reviewing the nanomaterials and biosensors, a series of studies on the use of new type nano materials in biosensors was carried out in this dissertation. Novel nano-particles were prepared and applied in L-glutamic acid, uric acid and pesticide electrochemical biosensors. The details are given as follows:Chapter One: PrefaceAfter a review of nanomaterials, biosensor, and enzyme biosensor, the application of nanotechnology into biosensors was highlighted. After introducing nanomaterials, the physical and other attributes of biosensors can be improved. Moreover, analyzing multiple components in vivo is becoming available. Finally, the work and significance of this thesis was briefly introduced.Chapter Two: Amperometric sensor based on neutral red-doped silica (NRDS) nanoparticles as electron transfer mediator for the determination of L-glutamate in the brain of I type diabetic ratMicrodialysis sampling was combined with enzymatic assay of L-glutamate level...
