Research On Coal Mines Extraction-Development Plans Decision Support And Evaluation System

Coal mines extraction-development plans compiling is a complicated systematic engineering. The top priority of study of plans compiling is to summarize the existing experience and to improve the existing theory and to use all advanced technological means to make plans compiling intelligent and high efficient.On the basis of the existing research results, seeing about manual process of plans compiling, mining the experience of experts and intuition of the planers, integrating the decision support system with expert system and more indicators evaluation, we construct a coal mines extraction-development plans intelligence decision support and evaluation system. The system is capable of calculating fix quantity and analyzing fix quality and optimizing the results. It can favor compiling coal mines extraction-development plans efficiently.When we design the system we colligate using database technology, artificial intelligence technology, computer graphics technology, network technology, operations research, management science and so on. In the 6th chapter of the paper, we give a system application example on plans compiling. It is proved by application that the system is useful and successful.
