PID controllers were used widely in the controlling area of industry. The immune algorithm is the new optimized algorithm which based on the artificial immune theory,integrated with genetic algorithm's frame and combine with the immune operators.The paper deeply analyzes the principle of immune algorithm theory and brings forward the intelligent PID parameter tuning technology which based on this algorithm. This technology could remarkably advance PID parameter tuning efficiency and was proved by correlated theorys and experiments. The design adopts embedded system to realize PID controller, which could increase its dependability, strengthen its capability, promote its real time performance and reduce its cost, so this design would sufficiently exert PID controller's advantage in the industry field and obtains the important meaning of both science and reality. The paper introduces the design and realization of this embedded PID controller in the following 5 parts .1:The introducing of the principle of analog and digital PID controlling, and the simulation by MATLAB.2: The introducing of immune algorithm principle, algorithm flow, convergence analysis and the simulation. 3: The introducing of the process of porting embedded real time operation system--μC/OS-Ⅱ on S3C44B0. 4:The design of hardware circuits,drivers and applications,and experiments which prove the function of embedded PID parameter tuning in this system. 5:After accomplishing the basal functions ,this project has appended the CAN bus communication interface ,which enhances the long-distance controlling and data transmiting capacity of PED controllers. Finally,the system was runned inμC/OS-Ⅱ and obtained the well working capability by experiments.At the same time,the paper bring out the shortcomings and problems waiting for solving of this design,which would indicate our work in the future.
