PID Parameter Tuning And Robustness PID Tuning Based On LJ Method

Based on the PID control theory and recent PID parameter tuning method, a tuning method using direct search optimization (LJ method) is designed.Using this tuning method, computer simulation experiments and level track experiment (based on FESTO process control system )is carried out to verify its tuning availability. Compared with optimal tuning method based on genetic algorithm and simplex accelerate algorithm, the new method performs even better. Even more this method is extended in robustness PID parameter tuning, and get some beneficial simulated conclusion.The first three chapters of this thesis introduce basic theory of PID control, process model identification and PID control parameter tuning respectively. Chapter four illustrates the PID parameter tuning method based on LJ optimal algorithm.
