This paper studys detailed in the PIλDμcontroller parameters and how to implement embedded self-tuning PIλDμcontrollers.Mainly consists two parts,the first part is a former five chapters,the main research is optimized the PIλDμcontrol parameters with the RBF neural networks,hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm and the immune clonal selection algorithm,each algorithm is given concrete steps and used application of numerical simulation to feasibility.The second part is the sixth chapter,in theμC/OS-II operating system,embedded PIλDμcontrol system based on ARM is designed,which have a certain value in the future of industry,agriculture, aerospace and other areas.In the first part,the PIλDμcontroller of the theoretical aspects,parameter tuning and the development of applications in the international and domestic research are described in-depth.Then I sum up the number of PIλDμcontroller implementation methods and describ the particular design steps of every method,which have certain theoretical significance.The RBF neural network on-line is training the PIλDμcontrol parameters,the Jacobian of the controlled object identification information improve the output of controlled object,specific steps are described in detail,the designed controller is applied in food puffing system.Simulation results show that the feasibility of the method and the control system dynamic response.Then,the bacteria feeding algorithm of chemotaxis, breeding,dispersing combinates with the particle swarm optimization of simple parameters,which optimize the parameters of the PIλDμcontroller.The RBF network and BFA-PSO organically are linked in PIλDμcontrol.The immune clonal selection algorithm has jumping out of local minimum values easily and the diversity of the sample characteristics,so I use it to optimize PIλDμcontroller parameters.The optimal values of PIλDμcontroller parameters are finded through the iterative optimization.The final numerical simulation show that the effectiveness of the method.Embedded systems are embedding into all aspects of people's lives now, so the embedded self-tuning PIλDμcontroller design is an indispensable part.The second part mainly introduced the ARM7TDMI core,μC/OS-II operating system,GUI primary interface functions and so on.On this basis,embedded PIλDμcontroller design based on ARM are completed and the hardware circuit diagram is showed.Finally the results of this research are summarized,the prospects of the PIλDμcontroller design,digital implemen tation,parameter tuning and so on are required in-depth research directions.
