Along with the technical development of information, especially technical development of the calculator technique and networks, the people trust in the network to seek the information and to obtain the knowledge more and more. Along with technique of internet toward the breadth taking, the high speed, multimedia turns the direction of fast development, the advantage of the hardware and software will weaken gradually. The advantage of the education resources will be more and more big and will become the key of that the network education success or failure. The network course is the importance part of the network educates resource, it is the basic unit of the network teaching. In 21st centuries, English is the most extensive language in the each area, is the means of obtaining the information most, should be extensively value. English network course will become a big battlefield of the study of English, is an important development direction of the future English teaching. So carry on the design to English network course, the organization and development becomes more and more driving the focus for pay attention to. This article draws lessons from the psychology area to inside the Implicit Learning result to inquiry concept, essence, characteristic, and the influence factor ...etc. of the Implicit Learning, and in this foundation ascend to discuss Implicit Learning of the function to English. Try to guide English network course designing in the Implicit Learning theories. This article preliminary explores five designs, such as the study goals, the study contents, the study resources, the study activity, evaluation and feedback and so on.
