Raman spectrum is an important analytic method of modern laser spectral technique, forthe sake of its special advantages(e.g. independent of molecular energy levels), it is appliedwidely in solution, gases, isotopes, elemental crystal and so on. In the recent yearssurface-enhanced raman spectrum, resonance raman spectrum technique etc. are developed insuccession, and the laser raman spectrum is applied more and more in macromoleculestructural analytic field, now raman spectral application involves chemical, physical andbiological domain.In this paper analyzing mainly vibrational trait of molecular(include symmetrical traitand spectral properties of molecular vibration) and Raman frequency. Seek the academicexplain of molecular in solution which influenced by surroundings. First, introduce classicalexplain of Raman effect , in the basis of classical explain applying group theory to constractand analyse 9 normal vibration modes and its spectral properties of ccl4 in the liquid-coreoptical fiber. Group theory plays a important role in this paper , using it we can do our best toease the calculation, from select formula we can also get ccl4's spectral properties easily. Insuccession, introduce quantum explain of Raman effect, calculate the Raman frequency.Because this solute in the organic solvent of cs2 , produce solvent effect, influence someRaman properties of ccl4 molecular in some extent.。We give the movement of intensityfollowing consistence, explain simply the influence of intensity and frequence because ofsolvent effect.According to analyse we can get 9 normal vibration modes of ccl4 are all Ramanactive, T2 have IR active. Intensity and frequence of ccl4 are all influenced notably by solventeffect.
