According to the wave equation used when the optical pulse propagates in the nonlinear fiber. The nonlinear coupled equations have been educed when raman effect and parametric amplification together action in the low-birefringent fiber and dispersion shifted fiber. The gain spectra have been obtained combining raman scattering and parametric amplification when the pump linearly polarized along the fast axis of low-birefringent fiber and dispersion shifted fiber. The results show that the Raman effect can lead to asymmetric of Stokes and anti-Stokes gain spectrum in the low-birefringent fiber; The Raman effect can be caused by different is the same as the gain spectrum, and it is always unimodal structure in the dispersion shifted fiber. The maximum value and location of the gain spectra is different when power of input pulse and Propagation constant is variable.
