The application of the computer network and information technology in education has promoted the process of the informationization on educational undertaking of our country, especially the development of distance education. But it is a very big question that at the time of the distance educational development --Very difficult guarantee of study quality of the network learner! The study quality of the network learner is the key point of the distance education success or failure. How to solve the question in distance education for guarantee the distance network learner's study quality? It is very important to design mutual function in distance education scientifically and rationally.Mutual is the most important function in web-based learning support system. It is prerequisite for improving the quality of the network learner's study to design mutual in Web-based learning support system scientifically and rationally. Along with deepen to study of the Web-based learning support system, mutual will be a hot issue studied. It must become the front subject in the future at the same time.In this paper the author fist discussed the concept of Web-based learning support system and the definition, classification and characteristic of the Web-based learning mutual, Furthermore how to design mutual in the Web-based learning support system is analyzed with emphasis. Finally the main mutual module in the system is designed and realized.
