Railway transportation is the main artery of the nation economy . Thesecurity of railway transportation not only relate to the development ofsocialistic market economy directly and the progress of innovation andopening but also affect society production , society living and societystabilization directly, even have an affection to the honor and configuration .So the security of railway transportation is the primacy of various industry . Toinsure the security of railway transportation, the railway department constitutethe railway non-standard equipment.At the present time , there is a lot of problem in railway transportation . Aportion of these problem are conduced by the dilapidation of axletreebecause of the temperature difference between train axletree temperature andenvironment temperature .The accident related to train axletree must be fataland malignant .According to the development of the railway department atpresent time that the railway department have been in the communicationepoch . The security hidden trouble accompany with improper programming issmaller comparatively , but with the gradually enhance of transportationquality and with the gradually enhance of transportation velocity , the securityhidden trouble related to railway axletree gradually increased .In order todecrease the railway security hidden trouble to the minimum , the entirerailway system have used the train axletree temperature alarm broadly . Butthe antinomy engendered between the non-existence of equipment forinspecting train axletree temperature alarm or the inspect equipment with lowquality , low efficiency , function inefficiency , performance instability andextensive application of axletree temperature alarm . The railway departmenturgently need the equipment for inspecting the axletree temperature alarm withhigh quality , high efficiency , efficient function and convenient operation .Forthis state , the design and implementation of KZS/M-1 railway concentrativeaxletree temperature alarm integrated test-bed become the new hope to therailway department . The successful exploitation of KZS/M-1 railwayconcentrative axletree temperature alarm integrated test-bed establish steadyfoundation to the railway department .Based on the technological project named 《 KZS/M-1 railwayconcentrative axletree temperature alarm integrated test-bed》 presided byrailway bureau ,it is designed directly to the fatal malignant accident related tothe railway axletree temperature instability in railway transportation . It is usedto inspect axletree temperature alarm and axletree temperature sense . It candisplay the malfunction inspect outcome quickly, exactly to avoid fatalmalignant railway accident related to train axletree temperature.The knowledge related to serial port communication is the techniquefoundation of 《KZS/M-1 railway concentrative axletree temperature alarmintegrated test-bed》,it is implemented on the platform of Delphi .By deeplyinvestigate the work theory of serial port and how to use MSCOMM control tocarry through serial port communication on the platform of Delphi toimplement the control of hardware .At last ,according to the systemrequirement of KZS/M-1 railway concentrative axletree temperature alarmintegrated test-bed , complete the design of the system and implement thesystem.The function of KZS/M-1 railway concentrative axletree temperaturealarm integrated test-bed is implemented as follows:The receiving and sending of data , contain the implementation of serialport receiving data and the implementation of serial port sending data .MSComm control is used in the receiving and sending of data . MSCommcontrol contains a lot of attribute .The attribute used in this text are:CommPort serial port attribute;Setting baud rate , parity check bit , data byte ,pause byte , PortOpen serial port attribute , Input data receiving buffer ,OutPut data sending buffer , InBufferSize setting or receiving byte of buffer ,OutBufferSize setting or sending byte of buffer . serial port receiving andsending data is implemented by these basic attribute . Initialize the serial portreceiving and sending buffer at first , the length of the buffer is related to thelength of the sending data , the function setlength(buffer,length) is used . Theport is on the opening status is the precondition of serial port receiving andsending data . MSComm.portopen:=true . MSComm sending data isimplemented by MSComm.output:= buffer . MSComm receiving data isimplemented by MSComm.input:= buffer .if the length of the data is too long ,amending the OutBufferSize, InBufferSize attribute .The axletree temperature testing mainly contains hardware testing ,fixed temperature testing , voltage testing , tailing alarm testing and stablefixed point testing .Hardware testing contains resist interfere testing , open circuit testing ,short circuit testing , invariableness stream testing , digital module testing .The testing progress and the idiographic implementation of axletreetemperature alarm is expressed by flow chart .Fixed temperature testing contains -45 degree testing , 0 degree testing ,30 degree testing , 60 degree testing , 90 degree testing , 125degree testing .Voltage testing contains 36V testing and 72V testing .Tailing alarm testing and stable fixed point testing .In the progress oftesting , tailing alarm testing and stable fixed point testing is the mostimportant .In the transaction progress , comparing the gradually changing oftrain axletree temperature and circumstance temperature to judge malfunction ,then get rid of the danger of axletree temperature alarm , ailing alarm testingand stable fixed point testing is the key of the test .Sense testing contains the work theory of the sense testing , the progressof the sense testing and the implementation of the sense testing .
