Combining the hardware advantage, the paper has designed and implemented a system named vehicles traveling records management system based on three layers.The system makes the management of vehicles experiments systematize and standardization, raising the work efficiency.This paper has surveyed fully users need and researched deeply nowadays popular multi-layer software structure, and analyzed their merit and shortcoming and scope.
