Vehicle Monitoring System is a high-tech system which is integrated with Global Positioning technique, Geography information technique and wireless communication. Its primary function is the mobile target installed GPS receiver transfers the information of dynamic location (longitude and latitude), time, state to monitor center by Wireless communication, then displays the mobile target's moving track on electronic map which have powerful inquiry function. Monitor center monitor the parameters which users have interest in, such as mobile target's location, state, direction etc. According to these information, monitor center can manage vehicle, raise vehicle's running efficiency, and insure vehicle's safety.GPS(Global Positioning System) was initiated and has been carried out in the United States of America.
