Based on the construction of Chongqing-Huaihua high-speed electric railway, computing system of overhead contact line (OCL) in high-speed electric railway are studied in the paper via a lot of engineering practice and experience summary. Computation process and realization of computer programming for the cantilever, integrated dropper and head-span suspension of OCL are the major discussions, These content include modifying factor, computational rules and formula during the computational process of OCL in high-speed railway. Meanwhile, some structure calculation software based on three-architecture, which is cantilever, integrated dropper and combined steady arm of OCL is developed.Informational orientation of OCL in high-speed electric is the unified-network integration with the system of materials management and production management based on the computing system. The specific circumstances about project construction of OCL is field operations, change working-environment and unstable network-environment, and these result in the difficulties of network-deployment for computing system. So, this thesis discuss further to deploy the Computing System on Smart Client.Applying Smart Client Architecture to computing system, It can solved hard migration, troublesome maintenance and update of Client/Server model and less responsive, poor windows experience and strong network dependence of Browser/Server model and so on. It also provide user with a Computing System that can run online and offline and update. The application to construction of OCL indicates that the research results can solve the important calculations and also put forward a new solution for advanced information about the construction of OCL against the train's continue acceleration.
