In information age, multiple motors have been used for servo systems widely in recent years to meet the increased requirement of servo systems. Along with load ability of motor raised continuously, load to large and heavy type of synchronous control develop gradually to the electricity synchronous control from hydraulic pressure synchronous control and machine synchronous control, which become the main direction of the research of synchronization. In order to improve the dynamic and static performances, and to increase the load ability of the system, the problem of synchronized drive of multiple motors must be taken seriously, thus, the synchronized control of multiple motors is very important. A successful synchronized control scheme must control both the spacial and the temporal aspects of the motion. In this sense, synchronization refers to controlling the positions and velocities of the motors relative to each other so that they remain well-coordinated. It's successful research can be used in the military field, as well as the field of aviation and industry technology.In this paper, based on Guangdong Province science and technology plan project "The development of computer synchronization control equipment of whole Building translation", a system with two motors to drive high speed movement object is proposed. The hardware constitution and software frame of system is studied.In this system, the pc-based GT-200-SV motion control board is used for high level control unit, the YASKAWA alternate servo system is used for execute component, the guide screw nut changes rotation motion of motor to rectilinear motion, the rotary encoder is speed examination part of motor, the optical grating ruler is position examination part of rectilinear motion, all of these make up of a high speed synchronous motion control system with two axes. Regarding these, the composition, essential technology, classification and design method of motion control system is explained detailedly in the paper.In this system, the velocity and position synchronization of the two motors is themost important thing. In this sense, the improved cross-couple control algorithm for synchronous motor control is used to emphasize synchronization between the two motors, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional PID are analyzed, the single-nerve cell PID control arithmetic is introduced to synchronous control system.In addition, the paper put forward effective anti-jamming measures in allusion to common jamming phenomena in the motion control system with alternate servo system, in order to ensure the eperation of the whole sustem.
