CRM System Construction Of China Media Industry

Customer relationship management is a new field, which is studied on management strategy. Its aim is to establish an information interaction system between enterprise and customer, in order to create a whole new coordinated relational entity between customer service, market competition, sales and other activity. Media industry is one of the industry whose economic development level is the highest in our country since we implement the reform and open policy, so this thesis choices this industry as study object to discuss the feasibility of it's CRM system construction and proposed it's goal, method and frame.Firstly, this article has aimed at the realistic condition of our media industry, discussed its inevitability and necessity. Afterwards it has studied the related theory system of CRM as well as the present stage in our application experience, in order to provide the reliable theory basis and the practice model for the construction of our media industry CRM system. Secondly, the article has analyzed the challenge of our media industry which faces under the current situation, and used the game theory to discuss the feasibility of its implementation while proposing it's goal. Thirdly, with the aid of economic and management theory and analysis method, the article has constructed the CRM system which is suitable for our media industry, and selected newspaper, video and other media case as the application to adjust this system, and enable it to be more reasonable and feasible. Finally, the article has forecasted the development tendency of CRM and has carried on the forecast to it in the application prospect of our media industry.
