Design Of The Communication System Of CAN Bus With Ethernet

A CAN-bus gateway provides a way to access CAN-bus devices at field through Internet. In many cases, little gateways are requested, so it gives embedded CAN-bus gateways a wide developing space. The dissertation offers the whole communication system design's project of CAN Bus with Ethernet, and introduces the hardware design and the software design of the system in detail.The 8 bit single chip processor SX52 with rapid speed, high performance and low price is taken as hardcore, adopted in the communication system. It connect Ethernet with the Ethernet control chip RTL8019AS, and connect CAN bus with the CAN bus control chip SJA1000. The program in the SX52 processor interprets both Ethernet and CAN bus protocols.
