The Communication System Design Of CAN Bus With Ethernet

With the combination of measurement and control technology and Internet technology, The measurement and control technology must follow the trend of Internet, which promotes the rapid growth of embedded Internet technology . The dissertation offers the whole communication system design's project of CAN Bus with Ethernet, and introduces the hardware design and the software design of the system in detail.The 8 bit single chip processor SX52 with rapid speed, high performance and low price is taken as hardcore, adopted in the communication system. It connect Ethernet with the Ethernet control chip RTL8019AS, and connect CAN bus with the CAN bus control chip SJA1000. The program in the SX52 processor interprets both Ethernet and CAN bus protocols. So it realizes the interconnection communication of computer network BASEd TCP/IP protocol with CAN bus field control network BASEd CAN protocol.The dissertation relates to Field bus technology, computer network technology and embed system-designed technology, etc. here it concentrates on following some major parts.4- The development trend of Network technology and the system project bring forward.â—‡ The system structure designing of the interconnection project.â—‡ Research on both CAN protocol and IEEE802.3 protocol.â—‡ Designing the realization of embed TCP/IP protocol stack in the SX52 processor.â—‡ The interconnection system hardware designing.â—‡The hardcore exchange model designing in interconnection system.â—‡ The interconnection system application software designing.This interconnection project can not only be widely applied in industry control fields to realize the network application of industry detection and control, but also can be applied in intelligent instrument intelligent homesteads ,plant factories, environment engineering and industry refrigeration, etc.The result of the experiment indicates the interconnection system can obtain satisfying result with high stability and reliability and it has comprehensive application prospect and popularization value.
