| Along with the development of children's TV program and the arrival of information society, the television news of children is more and more important. Starting broadcasting the television news of children has already become an important symbol of the developing children's TV program. Its history is quite short, the development shape is not mature, and its theoretical structure is also simple. Studying the characteristic of child television news and the development strategy is essential for the development of the television news of children. This paper, taking the Central Committee Television "News Bag Trousers" as the main research object and unifying some child television newspaper items in our country, carries on a thorough discussion on the characteristic, the present situation, the needing pattern, strategy of development and other problems.
