As the development of micro-electronics, control precision about equipments and instruments is more and more high, and the perform speed is more and more quick. So the requirement of the time control precision is also develop to nanosecond or fly second. This paper designs output power supply system on the base of new type chip which can program and is time-lapse. The output power supply system can program impulse time base touch off signal to realize the precision control of time.At the same time, software and hardware of the system are developed using computer, electronics and communication technologies. Software of hypogyny single chip is compiled using MCS-51 assembler. Inspect software of industrial control computer takes Windows operating system as platform and uses Delphi language to realize serial port communication with hypogyny single chip.The precise programmable output signal power supply designed in this paper can realize reliable operation in high voltage impulse discharge system. The equipment has extensive application prospect and high value for its advantages such as low cost, high using efficient, convenient to maintenance, can displace expensive import equivalents.
