The Research Of Power System Communication Resource Management

The rapid development of power system communication makes the power systemcommunication equipments and lines more and more complicated, which brings greatchallenges to the communication resource management, especially to the circuit resourcemanagement. It makes a detail analysis on the present situation of power systemcommunication in this paper. According to the requirement circumstances of communicationresource management in Northeast China Grid Company, it analyses the design anddevelopment of the resource management system software. According to the softwaredevelopment process, it describes the requirement and module of the software system. Thedesign and development of database and GIS module is also described in detail. At the sametime, it analyses the circuit management of power system communication. The applyingcircuit process is standardized and the automation management and dispatch are realized.
