Research And Realization Of Wireless Multicast System Based On CDMA

Along with the Internet development, because of serious insufficiency of IP addressand route table, IETF proposed new generation of Internet protocol-IPv6.It not onlyexpanded the address space, but also inherited many characteristic of IPv4,for instancemulticast. But the application which based on the IPv6 multicast are also few. Based onthis, we propose developed Wireless Multicast System based on CDMA. This systemuses the IPv6 multicast technology and the TCP/IP data transmission technology, realizesvideo broadcast and multicast chatroom service which based on multicast platform.This IPv6 Wireless Multicast System has passed through the preliminary test ,and itshows that the system has realized the anticipated function ,achieved the anticipated goal,and proved it reasonable and feasible. Moreover, with the wide spread of IPv6 researchand universal application of IPv6 technology, this experimental system will play themajor role in the next research.
