Wireless Sensor network(WSN), which is made by the convergence of sensor, nested computation, networks and wireless communication technologies, is a novel technology about acquiring and processing information. It is a late-model wireless networks of infrastructureless network and can be used for testing, sensing, collecting and processing information of monitored objects. WSN is a new research area of computer science and technology and has a wide application future. Both academia and industries are very interested in it. The routing protocol of Wireless Sensor network works at when the network has changeful channel and topology. It aim at monitoring the variety of the network topology, exchanging routing information, going to destination node, producing, holding and selecting the routing, transfering the data packet according the route and ensuring the connectivity of the network. Routing is the important process of the network. On the basis of analyzing and research on the existing routing protocol, the author put forward the design of routing protocol and the data packet queue management arithmetic.The system structure of wireless sensor network is introduced in detail, followed by its classify and value standard about the routing protocols. Designing routing protocol of WSN is the main part of this dissertation. The author analyzed and compared some routing protocols that proposed by oversea researcher and assimilated excellence idea among them and designed a new routing protocol of WSN. Including the blue print of routing protocol and data packet. Making the function of the network layer come true. Offering the corresponding deal flow. Moreover, this dissertation also offer the data packet queue management arithmetic to prevent the network congestion. Finally, there is the simulation of the routing protocol and the arithmetic. The result show that the routing protocol and the arithmetic can work well. The major contributions of this thesis include:(1) Designing of the routing protocol for wireless sensor network. Including the design of routing protocol, the transfer of the data packet. Each scheme has some small designs to make the function of network layer come true. The correspondingflow chart is also put forward.(2) Designing of the data packet queue management arithmetic. Offering the data packet queue management arithmetic to prevent the network congestion.(3) The simulation and analyze of the design. Including the impersonal judge of the performance of the routing protocol and arithmetic.
