At present, asphalt pavement has been popularization in our country. After being used several years, because of the natural and human factors, the asphalt pavement will be damaged and lose the use of functions. As a result, the asphalt pavement must need for conservation or heavy repair, which will produce a lot of scrap asphalt concrete materials. There is no feasible asphalt pavement recycled equipment in former times, thereby a lot of scrap asphalt concrete materials have to heap in abundance which paying out much of energy and financial resources, or being as ordinary stone to pave the roadbed, resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution. Taking the asphalt pavement recycled equipment invested by Hubei high technology traffic project consultation Co.ltd. in Hubei Sancha asphalt concrete mix station as the paper's main research object, the automatic control system for the asphalt pavement recycled equipment is studied in this dissertation.The dissertation analyses several familiar reclaimed techniques for the asphalt pavement, designs a suitable technologies for the actual production processes contraposing to the hot-in-plant reclaimed techniques. Analyses and researches the common asphalt pavement recycled equipment, puts forward the intermittent type asphalt pavement recycled equipment plan being propitious to hot-in-plant recycling.Analyses the general characteristics of the control methods for the asphalt pavement recycled system. Gives the application of the technology of fieldbus and DCS to the new overall system structure design. And the main hardware composing realization project for the central and local control part is also put forward.Discusses the development and characteristics of the video surveillance technology. Designs the video surveillance system for asphalt pavement recycled equipment spot. With the well combination of the video surveillance system and the production process control system, the control center can predominate over the spot intuitively and roundly, so the long-range safety control would be realized.Summarizes the general principle and approach about the PLC control system design. Presents the flows of PLC control for subsystems of the automatic controlsystem for the asphalt pavement recycling equipment. Moreover, the paper discusses the key technical problems and gives the relevant solutions. Designs the main fuction of the system HMI, and the main HMI of the system are introduced.Deduces the mathematics model for the mixer system. Presents the adaptive forecast control algorithm and makes out the simulated curve comparing it with the traditional PDD cascade control with forward feeding. The analysis of the simulated result indicates that the adaptive algorithm has a better effect to the product temperature control.
