With the development of information, intelligence, and network, the embedded system have already currently become the common development direction of the communication and consumption product. Nowadays the embedded system is one of the most popular concepts ,the application quantity of various embedded system equipments have already exceeded the general computer, the digital machine tool, intelligence tool, industry robot, the service robot, and etc of using the embedded technique have increased . At the same time the application of the digital audio-frequency technique is already very extensive in the social life , WAV, MPEG, WMA , MP3 and etc have appeared one after another. The research of the digital audio-frequency technique combining the embedded system has the extensive foreground, The digital audio-frequency equipments based on the embedded system have be attended all over the world because of its high ratio of sexual valence , the quickly development speed ,and etc. This text puts forward an more excellent the solution combining the market development demand, and analysis and designs the project from both theories and the fulfillment.This text works at the applied design and research of the digital audio-frequency technique in the embedded operate systems, deeply discusses the design thought and the achievement method of the whole system in the software and hardware, put forward the transplantation project of transplanting the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operate system into the ARM microprocessor, and the achievement method of the digital audio-frequency files of decoding in the software.The whole text designs the demand system in two parts of the hardware and software by divided several parts, that include the transplantation of the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operate system transplanting into the ARM microprocessor , the communication of the USB interface in PC, the transplantation of the FAT16 file system transplanting into the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operate system, and the program design of the man-machine interface and the digital audio-frequency decoding.The text analyzes the implement method and the specific procedure of the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operate system transplanting into the ARM microprocessor, to achieve the coordinated work among the process in the system debugging, and put forward the modification project of the file system under the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operate system according to the actual application and need combining the characteristics of the FAT 16 file system under WINDOWS. At the same time the text researches the achievement method of the digital audio-frequency files of decoding in the software, achieves the playing control of the digital audio- frequency files in the μc/ OS- II embedded operate system, and obtains the success in actual application.The design proposal of this text could be feasible in theory, and the actual product also matches the market need. At the same time because of the technique advantage based the embedded system frame that I adopt, the system can extend functions very conveniently, and have the extensive development foreground.
