In recent years , with the innovation of embedded microprocessor field and the fast development of embedded operation system , the embedded application has been extended to the society in an widely extent.First of all, from the point of applications, this paper analyzed its basic framework division , from the bottom layer to the top , the mainly part of this system is : the user section , hardware of embedded information collection device , network interface , Ethernet , data server , analysis computer , device-controlled computer , firewall , remote computer . This paper also illustrates the relationship of all the mainly part of the system . This system adopt a microcontroller issued by SAMSUNG which integrated ARM(Advanced RISC Machines) core as the controller of system hardware part, and the system hardware is working under the embedded operation system uClinux . The system server has two primary part : the data receive module and the data process module . This two module is coded in Java , the system management software adopt Java Web technology to implement the essential management and remote control function .Considering to the characteristic of the human body signal collecting , this system have some special design accordingly . The microcontroller S3C44B0 is the centre of hardware , there are another section on the circuit board: the human body signal collect circuit , the amplify and filter circuit , the wireless transmit circuit , the wireless receive circuit , the network interface circuit . The board has a mixed power supply system and optocouplers to enhance the system anti- interference ability and the collection effect.This paper introduces the device driver programming under uClinux , the interrupt mechanism of uClinux , the network communicate programming of SOCKET at the hardware section , the paper also introduces the programming of data collection and data storage based on Java technology and the configuration of JDBC , at the system management software part , the paper introduces the Java Web application , B/S application , MVC model and the application of Tomcat server .This system has been debugged and ran as an whole part . The result shows that hardware and software of the designed system are well-cooperated .
