| With the improvement of social market economic system and the reform of culture system, It is becoming a hot topic and reality that state-owned TV and radio industry is managed by private-enterprise. This kind of strategy is influenced by western TV management system and methods of market economic management. Meanwhile, it meets the principle of "small government, big society" which is taken by Chinese government recently. Therefore, it's of great theorarical and practical meaning to do research on this policy. This essay is focused on the public policy, tested PYTV as an example, and analized the problems and causes existing in long-run development of PY Radio and TV industry. More importantly it discussed and stated the relative problems for reforming the managing system, such as the strategy analysis, choice and routes as well as plans for it. Then a conclusion can be drawn. Under the positive premise guide, we can take the reform one step further by this policy and eventually, realize the reforming of TV and radio service system, during the cooperation and competition between public and private department. |
