Research Of The Teleconference System Based On CTI By Card

The traditional mode of holding a meeting in enterprise has been restricted by time and region. It has bad effect on the efficiency of the enterprise decision. The rise of teleconference figures out the above problem and the intangible value comes into being. CTI is a technology which integrates computer network and telephone network by software or hardware on one terminal or multi-terminal to communicate with telephone and process data or implement controlling function by computer in some places. The application of Call center is a wide range of CTI.First of all, the definition of teleconference is specified in this paper. Then the background and actuality of the application in teleconference have been analyzed. A scheme of teleconference system implementation based on call center and CTI by pc and voice card has been presented. Further more, the total design of HK-2000 teleconference system has been discussed and an analysis of how to choose voice card and design software have been researched. A kind of voice card from Synway Co. has been chosen to develop applications such as communication interface, voice processing, channels switching on the basis of ShCti drivers. Then divides three modules by facility in teleconference system, that is system managing, transaction processing, message monitoring. In addition, the finite state automata is adopted to make a modeling of complicated call processes in the system. Finally, each module has been abstracted by VC++6.0 language in term of object-orientation thought.This teleconference system supports many functions such as dispatching, notifying the message of incoming call, soft calling, locking meeting, multi-conference, hanging up by force, putting through by force, replaying call, setting up the state of the call, joined the meeting by the host, joining the meeting voluntarily, meeting notified, recording meeting content, monitoring meeting, managing system. It has high stabilization and high reliability, and has been applied to "Hanjing navigation security guarantee integrated information system" development project of ministry of communications in western.
