With the rapid development of embedded technology and telecommunication technology,the traditional mobile device turns into portable intelligent platform with rich applications. Itprovides consumer not only traditional voice call service, but also all kinds of new fashionapplication to use, or to have fun. Especially in recent years, the born of iPhone, Android andWindows Phone have triggered an unprecedented global wave of intelligent smart phone. Soit is expected that, the intelligent platform will be the dominant platform for any application.They can’t ignore the importance of covering intelligent platform. As an excellent voiceapplication, the teleconference also should do so.Teleconference is a system which can initiate voice calls to multiple contacts via thenetwork,also is known as the “multiple calls”. As teleconference system is so huge projectthat one person hardly complete it. So the main task of this paper is designing and realizationof the teleconference’s client terminal based on Windows CE intelligent device.This whole paper is organized as follows. First, based on the research of relatedtechnology in WinCE6.0system, the paper proposed a possible solution for teleconference’sclient. Then, according to the requirements’ analysis and software modular design method,the entire client consists of four modules, whose names are User Interface Interactive Module,Platform Interactive Module, Database Interactive Module and Network Interactive Module.The UIIM makes the client a good usability and aesthetics by using a custom interactivemulti-level Tab interface framework and self-drawn controls. The PIM interacts with theromote web services, to realize the main functions including the management of groups,contacts, historical conference records. The DIM established four database through anembedded database engine named EDB to meet the storage requirement of this client. Inaddition, the paper designed and implemented an efficient contacts searching algorithm basedon the Trie Tree. The NIM helps the client access to the various network by using theconnection manager and transplanting the CWifiPeek class.
