Enter 21st century, the first requirement of circuit is increasingly simple and multifunction, therefore, traditional single-output active element can not satisfy to design request. This paper will be verified that the circuits constructed by multi-output active elements have the advantages of less number of active and passive elements, less power dissipation and simpler configuration than those proposed before as well as low active and passive sensitivities. In this thesis, I mainly present filters employing second-generation current conveyor, third-generation current conveyor, and fully differential second-generation current conveyor, current differencing buffered amplifier. These active elements are very popular. As we all know, oscillator belong to one kind filter, in the last two chapters, I give oscillators using fully differential second-generation current conveyor, current differencing buffered amplifier, that are various and flexible. The excellent part is oscillator frequency and condition is independent, and can output with current and voltage mode contemporary.According to YV = I and elements property, It adjusted matrix value to find the right circuit function. Noticing circuit matching, make the configuration simpler, active and passive elements lesser and passive elements are grounded. The feasibility and accuracy of the proposed circuit are verified by using Pspice and Matlab simulations. Active filter is very important, and apply many circuits. Along new active elements are came forth, the filter and oscillator using active elements will become mainstream of circuit design, the well circuit will appear.
