Social Insurance Management Information System is computer information system which can support social insurance business management and service. To build this kind of system is a quite complicated engineering, involve the strong policy, great influence, heavy information, and frequent data switching. But it is still full of problems of construction in area? At preasent, as one of 12 gold medals of national E-government, this construction is carried out all over the country.This thesis, according to the actual conditions of the social insurance business of Jiangmen city, propose a new system of integrating data and application concentration, the details separated 4 parts are as follows:①The overall design of the system, has adopted great overall framework with data and application concentrated clearly; Adopt Extranet network system structure; Adopt B/S/S application of three layers system structure with strong elasticity; Adopt the electronic business operation mode that G2B , G2C , G2G combine together.②Design of operation platform, describe this system network design, database server, system of structure design , application server design etc. And to analyse and choose the network equipment , host computer equipment , the developing instrument and relevant technology.③The application system design, through characteristic and trend of social insurance analysis, used the B/S/S structure while being the fifth generation. Describe in detail of the function in five guarantees unifying, Provide the technological countermeasure with data and application concentrating, on regional policy unified. Also make such systematic interface norms as key business system and hospital, land tax, bank , business insurance ,etc., at the same time .④The implementation report of the network system, has described such details as topological structure , technology choosing , equipment selecting est. And planned IP address scientifically at the same time , making exhaustive IP address assignment rule; Provide copies of security tactics and fire wall of network system implement at the end, and concretely record the implementation step of fire wall.I have adopted this kind of system structure without hesitation, because it has reduced systematic construction and maintenance cost greatly , realized the data share, and offer possibility to realize the prefecture-level pool of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
