Design And Realization Of Three-War Information System

As the quick development of scientific technology especially information technology, the construction of informationization trends to develop faster, which promotes the development of worldly military revolution. On which background,"three-war"is suggested. It has the functions of automatically managing"three-war"information, assisting to complete plan, decision and network office and so on, which can be brought into application system of war operation or command and control system, supporting weapons for the political workers to carry out public opinions, psychological and law wars. It can solve the obvious problems of quick-arising"three-war"fighting power, the way of information transmitting in information war, the weak capacity of transmitting information and so on.The paper first explains the conception and content of"three-war"and the general situation of army informationization construction in domestic and foreign countries. Second, it designs the network environment in which"three-war"system work, mainly including the logic structure drawing of informationized command system, command network of field war, network analysis situs chart of"three-war"information center and the function realized by"three-war"information system platform should realize. Third, it analyses the requirement of"three-war"information system and realized some functions. Pay attention to requirement analysis of documents'transmitting model in the branch system of office performing, overall designing, designing in details, realization from code to system, through which it can explain the process of how other model designs are realized in the overall system. It is a miniature of the overall system's realization.
