Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Party Construction Based On J2EE

With the continuous development of modern society, science and technology have been moving forward, the era has entered into the time of information. The rhythm of people’s life is speeding up, the amount of information increases, each industry needs a kind of information resources for the collection, transmission and sharing. They need the efficient information platform to address the growing business needs. Party construction work is becoming more and more important, it is urgent for a timely publicity and release of Party construction work information platform to support the development of Party construction work.This paper designs a information service platform for party construction in Liaoning Province. It is based on J2 EE. This platform can achieve the release of information, information centralized storage and backup. It can achieve professional system management and maintenance, and convenient for online service. The platform promotes the central and provincial Party Committee on the work of the spirit of the party’s organization and construction work. The new requirements of the party can be timely and accurate to convey, facilitating the exchange of party work experience and new achievements. The voice and hope of the grassroots cadres and the masses are able to timely feedback. The platform can propagate the advanced deeds and spirit on All fronts promptly. It is fully establish the new image of Party members and organizations,It overall promotes the new image of Liaoning services. The goal of this platform is to realize the information collection, analysis, processing, query, statistics and output of Party members, and to realize the scientific and orderly management of Party members’ information and daily work. By optimizing the way of work, it is greatly reduce the intensity of work, improved the efficiency of office and management. It provides support for the leadership decision-making, analysis. The platform should be able to meet the requirements of Party organizations at all levels of Party members.The design of this paper is mainly from the following aspects:(1) This paper introduces the background and significance of the development in the party construction information service platform, and analyzes the development status at home and abroad. Through the analysis the demand of the party construction work in Liaoning Province, the function of the platform is analyzed. Several related technologies are selected, including J2 EE, SSH framework and AJAX technology.(2) In this paper, the structural of party construction information service platform is introduced. Firstly, it is the design objectives and principles of the platform, the next is the overall framework of the platform and the overall deployment architecture. The detailed design is the user registration module, news release system, interactive forum system, online voting system and online knowledge contest system.(3) This paper carries on the realization and the test to the party construction information service platform. The realization part mainly includes the main system interface design and the main code. At last, the function and performance of the system are tested.At present, the information service platform for party construction has been applied,the platform function is perfect, the interface is friendly, simple and easy to operate. The performance is high and reliability, stability.
