The New Concept Dynamic Measurement is really a new concept on dynamicmeasurement, which means that dynamic parameters are tested in real-time when themeasured object is moving. Since the measuring system has to be put inside the object orenvironment of the object to be measured, many new questions come forth in the NewConcept Dynamic Measurement. This paper mainly talks about three of questions above.Firstly, since new concept measuring system is ready for use in harsh environment, thecalibration technology of the environment has been proposed in the paper. The necessity ofthe appliced environment calibration has been analysed. All kinds of conditions weredemonstrated, which make the calibration of environment come into existence. The times ofthe calibration experiment that we have done has up to 1000. Moreover, the process ofcalibration has validated the reliability of the measurement.Secondly, as the new concept dynamic measuring system is limited by volume andmemory capacity, self-adaptive sampling frequency based on the real-time lossless datacompression is proposed. The compression testing circuit based on the LZW DataCompression is developed. Experiments prove that Real-time sampling rate can reach ashigh as 2Mbyte/s.Thirdly, since communication of the new concept dynamic measuring system is bad,and the transmission speed was slow, a conversion between USB and the traditional interfaceis designed. Some experiments have been taken to test the performance of system, as a result,this system has the actual application value.
