With the development of science and technology,more and more dynamic pressure measurements are required in scientific research,technology development and engineering practice field,and it is necessary to understand how the pressure sensor is changing in many transient processes.The pressure sensor is the key component of the pressure test system,and its dynamic characteristics determine the dynamic performance of the whole system.This paper mainly studies the dynamic characteristics of pressure sensors,and the specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the dynamic experiment system platform of sinusoidal pressure is constructed,and the experiment platform consists of pressure regulating system,frequency adjustment system,sinusoidal pressure generator,signal conditioning system,reference sensor,data acquisition system and other components.The application software of sinusoidal pressure dynamic experiment system platform is designed with LabVIEW and can read,display and analyze the collected data.The characteristics of the researched sensor and the reference sensor are compared by sine excitation;as a result,the relative distortions of the waveform of a piezoelectric pressure sensor manufactured by PCB company are obtained at the same pressure and different frequency points.The relative distortions of the waveform are 34.74% at 0.4 Hz and 0.61% at 1 kHz respectively.The uncertainty of the five frequency points in the range of100 Hz ~ 5kHz is analyzed by the repetitive experiment.Secondly,in order to study the high frequency dynamic characteristics of the pressure sensor,the dynamic tests of ENDEVCO 8530 C series piezoresistive pressure sensor and113B26 series piezoelectric pressure sensor of PCB company are carried out on the platform of dynamic test system of shock wave tube,and the dynamic performance indexes of the sensor,such as rise time,overshoot and the dynamic sensitivity,are obtained.The dynamic repeatability of these indexes in time domain is analyzed by repetitive experiments,and themaximum dynamic repeatability is 12.22%.The mathematical models of the sensors 8510 C series and 8530 C series are established by using the improved least squares algorithm,and the dynamic performance indexes of the sensors,such as pass band and working band,are estimated.The dynamic repeatability of dynamic indexes in frequency domain is analyzed by repetitive experiment,and the maximum dynamic repeatability is 3.85%.Finally,considering the lack of sensors dynamic characteristics in transient pressure test,the above two 8510 C and 8530 C series sensors are compensated based on the study of zero-pole configuration theory.The working frequency bands are widened from 14.85 kHz and34.55 kHz to 104.1kHz and 188.2kHz respectively when the amplitude error is ±2%.Through the study of the dynamic characteristics of the pressure sensors and the dynamic compensation methods,the low frequency,high frequency and full amplitude frequency characteristics of the sensors can be well understood,and the effectiveness of the sensor dynamic characteristic compensation method is verified.
