The Tax Office Automation System

The development of OA(Office Automation) is a demand of modern office work,is a system engineering of high technique content. The OA's three characteristics arework with no paper, communication with network, decision-making with intelligence.Currently, the state administration of taxation system in CHINA has already builtup an intranet which spread all over the whole country and radiate county and country.Some applied subsystems, such as "Prevent Fake Tax Control" system, "CTAIS"system, which based on the intranet have already run formally. But some work of thestate taxation office, including official document processing, personal management,finance management, etc., still rest on the departed laggard state that are done mainlyby hand and with paper. It is very disproportional with the information-basedconstruction target of the state administration of taxation system. So it is imperativeunder the situation to develop a set of OA software which is special for the stateadministration of taxation system and run on the network.The main contents of this thesis is to anatomize and design a set of OA softwarewhich is special for the state administration of taxation system, called TOAS for short,based on java technique, B/S structure and run over the intranet, and the OA softwareshould satisfy the daily pursuit business of the tax administration system..This thesis first introduces the main techniques and development tools that usedin this thesis simply, the techniques include Unified Modeling Language, JAVAtechnique, B/S structure and ORACLE database, etc. Then, based on the fact of thestate administration of taxation system, investigates the matter and flow of daily workoperation in detail, confirms the functionality requirements and non-functionalityrequirements which TOAS should satisfied, hereby confirms the design principles andholistic implement project of TOAS. Next, shows the system structure of TOAS,works out the whole logic model and concrete function modules, explains thetechnical steps which are taken to insure the TOAS running safety, describes the basicideas about designing the user interface. Finally, gives the use case diagram andsequence diagrams about every use case of TOAS by UML, illustrates the softwarestructure and design patterns of TOAS by JAVA codes. From the macroscopicalpackage diagram and component diagram to the idiographic class diagram and theattributes and operations of each class, this thesis gives a detailed describe, and liststhe actual structure of tables in database.
