With the rapid development of information technology, especially in the progress ofcomputer technology, network communication technology, database technology andautomation technology, it provides wide space to the application of Daily Assessment.There is shortage of traditional mode in communication, cooperation, control, such aslow speed of document flow, insufficient security, trivial disposal, statistics and analysison document information. only then the reform tradition work way, the full useadvanced work technology, realizes the information management modernizationgradually, can enhance the office efficiency.This article from the tax staff daily work reality, the daily assessment system issummarized, through to the system demand analysis, put forward the design target ofthe system, which is based on B/S architecture design ideas, through the use of objectoriented design ideas and UML (Unified Modeling Language) to analyze and designthe subsystem of the use case diagram, using the structure diagram, process flow chartand diagram of the system function modules are described in detail, and the system adetailed database design, building three layer distributed framework, adopting B/Sstructure mode, using the ASP.NET programming technology, SQL Server2000asbackground database, design and implementation of Taxation Daily Assessment system.By testing the system runs well, can meet the needs of daily assessment of taxation.
