With the development of industrial technology, in the people-machine –environment this system, the human factor causes everybody's attention more andmore. The human factor has already become the main factor of industrial productdesign even decisive factor. In the course of the design and test of the products, "people first " is considered the most important: The size of the human body, people'sworkspace, people's physical stamina, people ability to deal with information andeven people's psychological course in operating machine. All industry designproducts must pass the ergonomics test before entering the production field, but fortraditional ergonomics test, which uses the real person, safety coefficient is low andtest cycle is long, for example the dyke of the automobile is bumped into and tested.The development of the Virtual reality technology especially development of VirtualHuman technology in recent years has given us a kind of brand-new ergonomics testmethod.In the virtual test environment which is constructed by the virtual reality technology,we can set up virtual human model, make use of model to imitate people'scharacteristic and behavior, describe human yardstick, shape, and psychology (such asbeing tired, etc.). Virtual human is the expression of people's geometry characteristicand behavior characteristic in the computer. Virtual human technology can makedesign and analyse course to be visual in the product's ergonomics test. If traditionalergonomics test knowledge can be combined with the virtual human technology,virtual human itself can carry on test of industrial products, needn't bear therestrictions of manpower and financial resources. This can economize cost and cycleof industry design greatly, therefore there are extensive application prospectsIn this paper, the research of the virtual human concentrates on two respects: One isthe basic action control;another one is the upper behavior control. Considering theaction control, this article puts forward one unified action data interface to use variousaction control methods. It can both use the existing action data and utilize IK togenerate new action data, also the parallel play of the two kinds of action data. In theupper behavior control, This article has put forward behaviors models consisting oftwo layers, in which it combines reverse reasoning with the forward reasoning andrealizes the transformation from the test task to virtual human's actions. What's more,this article researches on the reach space of the virtual human and giving the reachalgorithm of the arm. On above-mentioned foundations of working, we are building avirtual test platform by C ++ and we believe that it can offer an auxiliary test platformfor industry's product design software.
