The Design And Implement Of Library Management System Based On B/S Mode

This paper is mainly about the model stucture of Browser/Server and the ASP technolyge which is the importance of the technolyge.And so on,it introduces how to use the ADO Technolyge and the deploring tool--SQL Server.There are three part of the Browser/Server system,which are user part,logistic part and datebase part.The user part is mainly to deal with the user'input and reply to the user,which doesn't include to constuct the defination;The logistic part takespart of the tache of the two-piece,it make the link of the database,construct the SQL or update the datebase,and feed back the result to the users;The database undertake to storageand search the data.ASP technology is a kind of surrounding used in Web server in which the web page is executed.It manages the communication between Web server and DB server and provides application service, which can use exterior program or script code to access database. Therefore ASP can provide active HTML Page,which is correlative with database, and can execute user query. Then it can transfer the search result to HTML page,which is showed to user by browser.An applied integrated and high efficient books managing system, which is called on-line library, has been designed in this article, according to the requirement analysis of the college books managing system under the environment of LAN. The system, which is based on the original pattern of Client/Server and combines the pattern of Browser/Server, has realized the computer network management of the books information and inquiring function of the Web by applying ASP technology. It has mainly finished requirement analysis for the books managing system, function module's division and Database pattern analysis, and designed on-line inquiring module, furthermore, set up the library web station, which enables the readers to enquire about one's own collecting books and borrowing books on the Internet. Thus it is so convenient for someone to develop web's business that it can enlarge the service field of the library. This system can be applied in campus net, and also beconnected with Internet.
