This article is about the study of the main circuit and its'controlling mode of DC and DC PULSE power supply applied for high power industry.To the problem of high-voltage stress of MOSFET in the improved ZVS PWM full-bridge converter using a current doubler rectifier and low power output in ZVS PWM half-bridge three-level converter using a current doubler rectifier, this paper proposes a current-doubler-rectifier ZVS PWM full-bridge three-level converter. The principle of this converter is analyzed in detail. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.Relative study indicate that current doubler rectifier is misfit for high-voltage low-current apply.so This paper proposes a auxiliary net ZVS PWM full-bridge three-level converter, its' improved topology structure and its'topology family in different controlling mode. The principle of these converter is analyzed in detail. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.In order to simplify the structure of auxiliary net and solve the problem that the leading bridge arm achieving soft switch is difficult when little load, This paper proposes a new wide load range auxiliary inductance ZVS PWM full-bridge three-level DC pluse power supply. ZVS is achieved for all the switches in a wide load range with the use of one auxiliary inductance based on the basic topology. The principle of this converter is analyzed in detail. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.Owing to the resonance occurring between the leakage of transformer and output rectifier diode, peak voltage and oscillation appear.sniibber net must add.the effect of traditional RC and RCD snubber net is good, but there exist the problem of waste in the resistance and low efficiency of the converter.this paper reduce the waste of converter and enhance its'work efficiency by adding a lossless snubber net.DC PULSE power supply can be classified as two types: inverter and chopper, based on CFUBMSIP technics.this paper proposes a new type system of DC PULSE power supply,the problem of soft switch and trimness of the output wave is solved good. The principle of this system is analyzed in detail. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
