Study On Intelligent Electrical Performer Based On LonWorks Field Bus

In industrial process automation control system, electrical performer is indispensable. It plays an important role in the credibility of the control system. With the development of fieldbus technology, the electrical performer development is very fast. Intellectualization is general trend of the electrical performer development. But now traditional electrical performers which can't carry out communication are widely used in many factories. Low precision, wide insensitive area and complicated connection are also traditional electrical performer's innate defects. Traditional electrical performer's capability is very lower than the electrical performer based on fieldbus capability and it can't meet modern industry production needs.So study on the intelligent electrical performer based on LonWorks fieldbus is valuable.Host-Based electrical performer node based on LonWorks field bus technology is described, which has strong functions and takes on new microcontroller ADμC812 as host processor. ADμC812 has the advantage of powerful functions and high ratio of performance and price. This paper introduces software and hardware design of the intelligent electrical performer. Then the installation and adjustment of network are described. The electrical performer not only has control, intercommunication and intelligent calibration functions but also can display value position and failure. Site operation,distance operation and non-disturbance shifting from manual mode to automatic mode of the performer are also realized.
