Integrated Service Vehicle(ISV) is mainly designed to supply hydraulic oil pressure and provide operation inspecting and testing for airplane hydraulic system.Under the hydraulic pressure and various operations, the oil of the hydraulic system circulates through ISV. During the circulation, ISV filters the superscalar water inside the oil by vacuum.ISV can track the flux requirements of the hydraulic system. It increases or decreases automatically the rotate speed of the oil pump to meet the oil requirements and save the energy.ISV adopts a transducer to adjust the rotate speed. The output frequency of the transducer for speed adjusting is controlled by a PLC.In this thesis, some crucial problems are mainly discussed about the communication control of transducer, analog signal acquisition and A/D conversion of PLC, electromagnetic compatibility(EMC), vacuum water filtering, and software requirements. A new scheme of ISV suitable for low power supply operation is proposed as a solution for low power supply problems.
