With the development of the marketing economy in China,TV Media is playing more and more important role in our society.At the same time, TV midea industry in China have made great progress in the past two decades.However,there are still many problems in TV media operation,and the research about the operation of TV media also exsits a lot of blanks.The object of this paper is about TV media operation with a totle visual angle.In the paper,there are three parts. In order to expound the key points of the paper clearly, three parts of the paper is arranged as follows:The first part is mainly to research the essential reseaon, the impetus, the characteristic of TV media operation.In this part,the author suggests that the pursuing to capital is the essential reseaon of TV media operation, the media industrialization in China is the impetus of TV media operation,the competition improved the styles and ways in TV media operation.and the role of government in TV media operation is the special characteristic in China.The second part includes two aspects:one aspect is to find all sorts of problems of TV media operation which contain the problems in the model of earning profit, program producing,channel operation and management,media group operation and capital operation.Another aspect is to provide some practical advices to deal with the problems above.The key of advice is to improve the efficiency of TV media operation,and therefore strengthen their core competence and comepition advantages.For the sake of realizing this aim,the first job is to make TV media industrialization completely,the second is to change the system of management and operation,the third is to reorganize the structure of TV media industry and restructure the industrial chain rapidly,and the forth is to rechange the function of government.The third part also is consisted of two aspects.The first aspects is concluding the opportunities of digital TV,and the second aspects is discussing the challenges of digital TV.In this two aspects ,the author both brings forward five points respectively.
