The thesis deals with women journal's management and developing Strategies .It reviews Chinese women journal's birth background and developing process, elaborating its current situation and market competition, with conclusion of confronted challenges.Referring to theories of women psychology, sociology, communication and media economics, the thesis analyzes four key segments of women journal's management in accordance with its characteristics, Firstly, Emphasizes the importance of positioning as well as ideological and emotional context, accordingly creates unique elements among similar products. In addition, the thesis suggests advertising to be harmonious and aesthetic component of the content. It also urges significance of brand, with complement of sales promotion. At aspect of distribution, advocating women's journal should reach target readers through various channels. Through discussion from above four angles systematically, the thesis endeavors to give a conclusion of managing popular and competitive women's journal among competitors.Furthermore, the thesis predicts the trend of journal industry, offer inspiration of women Journal's further development.
