The rapid increase of the amount of motor vehicles brings on the rapid increase of traffic demand in cities which the city road networks always can' t satisfy. This brings many problems to city traffic. But when we tackle with these problems, we often pay more attention to road building than managing the traffic demand efficiently. The result is :on the one hand, building new roads can' t meet the increased traffic demand, it does little better to improve traffic status; on the other hand, the use of road networks is quite inefficient, and the traffic management is unskilled. These ask for new ways of researching on the traffic of road networks , the microsimulation of city traffic is one of the ways.Traditional microsimulation system always simulate just only one or several crosses, but this system is able to simulate a large scope of a city. It can tackle with tens of crosses, it needn' t estimate the traffic-flow for every branch of the crosses in the scope, but only for the entries of the whole road networks. And the system can make the roads networks which is being simulated cover on the same part of the city map, makes the process and result of the simulation very reality. This system also has a Hawkeye, which can locate any part of the map quickly, with it we can see the influence between neighour crosses clearly. It can feed back very well to people who manage or layout the traffic networks. This paper complete the work below:(1) Biuld a complex road networks which include lanes, crosses, roads and roadlists from just point-line topology, this makes the sysem easy to change to use the GIS data of the city traffic directly.(2) Display a large map with a Hawkeye.(3) Implement some relative transport simulate models.
